Chapter 9 describes many different types of lifecycle models (i.e. waterfall, spiral, and star.) All of these models have their advantages and disadvantages when compared to each other. Relating these models to our class project, which model would be recommended to use in order to upgrade the website(s) we have chosen?

I like the spiral lifecycle model in general. It incorporates risk and prototyping in a iterative framework that allows ideas and progress to be continuously checked and evaluated. It identifies and control risks, so when we are working on our class projects the model easily allows us to go back and take the steps needed to readdress problems that we may have passed by before hand without halting our progress as some other models may do.
